We pay 100% of all recycling costs. Our units have dual pane windows to save energy. Also, most of our student housing does not have carpet, which means you don’t have to use any hazardous cleaning materials and when you move out.

When you live in our apartments you will experience top-of-the-line accommodations. Most of our student rental units have been remodeled with kitchens, bathrooms, tile flooring, and granite counter-tops. Also, most of our rentals have dishwashers (because we’ve all got better things to do than dishes).
