When you sign your lease we send an email to the tenants email with an activation link for your online account. There the tenant must create a password, then they will be able to make payments via credit card or bank account.
Can we set up the account through the guarantor’s email?
No, it must be set up through the tenants email, seeing as they are the person signed on the lease. Also the portal is meant for more things than just making payments, you can also set up maintenance requests and is a great way to get in contact with us about any issues.
Why is my lease only one day long on my student portal? That isn’t the real length of your lease it is just a place holder for when we place you. If you would like to see your real start date, please check your lease. It should be on page 4, section 2.
