How do I make online payments?
When you sign your lease, we send an email to the tenant’s email address with an activation link for your Rent Manager account. You’ll need to create a password, and then you can make payments using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
Can I set up the account using the guarantor’s email?
Yes! If you’d like to set up a guarantor account through Rent Manager, email us, and we’ll assist you. Please ensure the guarantor account matches the signed lease.

Where is my mailbox located?
· Beach City: Mailboxes are next to the main office and pool.
o Example: 831 Cliff Drive #201 = 831 B1 (as listed on the mailbox).
o “A” = 1st floor, “B” = 2nd floor, “C” = 3rd floor.
· Campus 880: Mailboxes are located before the vehicle gate on Camino Del Sur.
I lost my key! How do I get a new one?
Come to the main office or email us so we can apply the appropriate charge. Once paid, we’ll issue a new key.

I need to terminate my space early. How do I get started?

I plan to bring an ESA animal. What do I do?
1. Communicate with your roommates to ensure everyone is informed.
2. Contact us to start the approval process. Note: Please do not bring your ESA onsite without office approval to avoid lease violations.
What if someone parked at my parking space?
Contact the office during office hours or the security line and provide a photo of the car in your space. While waiting, park as close to your designated spot as possible. We’ll notify you to move once your space is available again.
How do I submit maintenance requests?
Submit maintenance requests through the Rent Manager portal. Be as detailed as possible and upload photos, if applicable.
