Please contact the office during office hours or the security line with a photo of the car in your space. In the meantime please park as close to your space as possible as you will be notified to move once yours becomes available.10.
How to submit maintenance requests?
Located in the RENTcafe portal! Please be as detailed as possible and upload photos if possible.
1. What are the service fees?
a. Bank account – $0.95/ transaction fee
b. Debit/ Credit card- 3.95%/ transaction fee
c. Personal checks – No fee (must be received by the office by the 1st of each month)
2. Who to make checks payable to?
a. Please look at the landlord listed on the first page of your lease as it is dependent on the property you are residing.
3. How are late fees applied?
a. A 6% late fee is applied automatically on the 4th of each month for any outstanding rental amount.
