How do I make online payments?
When you sign your lease, we send an email to the tenant’s email address with an activation link for your Rent Manager account. You’ll need to create a password, and then you can make payments using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
Can I set up the account using the guarantor’s email?
Yes! If you’d like to set up a guarantor account through Rent Manager, email us, and we’ll assist you. Please ensure the guarantor account matches the signed lease.
I plan to bring an ESA animal. What do I do?
- Communicate with your roommates to ensure everyone is informed.
- Contact us to start the approval process.
Note: Please do not bring your ESA onsite without office approval to avoid lease violations.
What is the Resident Portal and what can I use it for?
Rent Manager is the resident portal used for:
- Making payments
- Submitting maintenance requests
How do I submit maintenance requests?
Submit maintenance requests through the Rent Manager portal. Be as detailed as possible and upload photos, if applicable.

Where is my mailbox located?
- Beach City: Mailboxes are next to the main office and pool.
- Example: 831 Cliff Drive #201 = 831 B1 (as listed on the mailbox).
- “A” = 1st floor, “B” = 2nd floor, “C” = 3rd floor.
- Campus 880: Mailboxes are located before the vehicle gate on Camino Del Sur.
I lost my key! How do I get a new one?
Come to the main office or email us so we can apply the appropriate charge. Once paid, we’ll issue a new key.
What if someone parked in my parking space?
Contact the office during office hours or the security line and provide a photo of the car in your space. While waiting, park as close to your designated spot as possible. We’ll notify you to move once your space is available again.
