How do I make online payments?When you sign your lease, we send an email to the tenant’s email address with an activation link for your Rent Manager account. You’ll need to create a password, and then you can make payments using a credit card, debit card, or bank account. Can I set up the account using the guarantor’s email?Yes! If you’d like to set up a guarantor account through Rent Manager, email us, and we’ll assist you. Please ensure the guarantor account matches the signed lease. I plan to bring an ESA animal. What do I do?
