My son lives 2,400 miles from home, but the support available at Beach City is incredibly reassuring to me as a parent! They have an online portal to make rent paying and maintenance requests nice and easy. Love the set up, apartments, security, and the fact my son has already started to make great friends. I am certain he will have an amazing college experience.
Honestly without any exaggeration I am so thankful for Beach City. The positive social life here is not the only thing that Beach City provides. Their events and opportunities they give to their residents are unbelievable. If you want to meet some amazing people and have the convenience of basically being on the campus, Beach City is the place!
Love keeping my car in the gated parking lot that Beach City has! Super safe place to live as security guards are always on duty and there are cameras everywhere. Definitely has a family vibe where everyone knows and hangs out with each other. It's also great living literally on campus.
Beach City is the closest location to campus, has best amenities, great people from all over the world, and is steps from the beach!
