Resident Advisors
Interested in becoming a resident advisor?
Join our vibrant team at St. George, where Resident Advisors (RAs) play a pivotal role in shaping a safe and engaging college experience! As part-time, paraprofessional staff members living onsite, RAs are at the heart of our community, working under the careful guidance of On-Site Managers to create a nurturing environment that feels like home.
At St. George, RAs are more than just staff — they’re leaders, mentors, and friends. They dedicate around 20 hours a week to truly making a difference: getting to know each resident, fostering friendships, organizing exciting social events, and ensuring that our community standards are upheld to create a welcoming and safe atmosphere. This role is perfect for individuals who are natural leaders, empathetic listeners, and proactive organizers, looking to make their mark in a dynamic residential setting.
Whether you’re a student eager to develop valuable leadership skills or a parent looking for a secure and enriching living environment for your scholar, becoming an RA at St. George offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a supportive and thriving community where everyone is encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed. Join us and be a part of something bigger — where your commitment shapes lives and fosters a true sense of belonging.
Before you can start your RA role, you’ll need to complete your housing contract and pay any applicable application fee upon receiving an employment offer. Rest assured, our team is here to assist you through the RA selection process and interview scheduling. We’re eager to support you every step of the way and look forward to seeing you succeed in this enriching and rewarding position. Good luck as you embark on this exciting journey!
