Our beach-style apartments come fully furnished with all utilities included. Your water, electric, trash, Wi-Fi bills are all on us.
Each unit comes fully equipped with a flat-screen television with sound system, modern couches, a coffee table, a sleek dining room with chairs and tables, extra-long beds with drawers, and so much more!

Nestled between SBCC’s East and West campus, you are only a short walk to class and 150 steps from the beach! With perks such as community bikes and access to bus stops, we make it easy to navigate to nearby downtown Santa Barbara and beyond. We have yet to find a student community that rivals us in location and experience.
